About Sid Magill, owner of

RPM Heartland/Omaha Plus

5 years ago Sid Magill started doing some research of where  and how to start a property management company. Not only did he want to find a lucrative market but he wanted to find a location where his morals and ideals were similar. Omaha was that market. Although the market grows a bit slower than others, the people and culture of Omaha are very attractive to a small business owner. Sid started from scratch in a small office in Millard. He and his broker worked hard and within 3 years he purchased one of his competitors and increased his business size moving his office to Dundee. He worked hard and received his Brokers licenses’ in Nebraska, Iowa and Utah. Sid has a passion for real estate and loves finding ways to assist owners in becoming more financially stable and tenants a safe home to live and work.
